Handouts

The platform can automatically generate handouts. These are just your challenge definition as stored in the challenge repo. There are two special things that apply:

All *.plftera files are automatically rendered using the preprocessor. is_export will be set to true for rendering, the source files are not included. All files defined in .ctfignore are not included in the handout. These ignore files can also be placed in subdirectories, similar to .gitignore.
